About Winfield Home Systems

Winfield Home Systems is located at 9500 Jim Bailey Road at the Northern end of Kelowna, in the Central Okanagan Valley of South Central British Columbia. This 140,000 sq.ft. factory is situated on 32 acres of land. The plant employees are members of the United Steel Workers. This facility was opened in December 1991 and is SRI's third manufacturing facility; one of the largest and most modern in the industry.

Your Winfield Home System's retailer looks after everything including, placing and verifying your factory order, coordinating delivery and set-up and final inspection. You won't be faced with "extras" with your Winfield factory-built home, costs and pricing are known up front.
Cape Cod
This facility is well known for it's "Cape Cod" modular homes. Introduced in 1997, the popularity of this style of home has increased each year since it's inception. Modular homes are typically shipped to the site in two or more sections and generally do not have a longitudinal sub-frame. They are intended to be placed on a crawl space or a full basement foundation resulting in extremely attractive homes which fit into any residential neighbourhood.
Winfield Home Systems is also well known for its Park Model Homes based on CSA Z241 standards. At a maximum size of 538 sq.ft., these homes are creatively designed to provide a complete living area in a small space. They are a convenient and affordable recreational or retirement home.

Winfield Home Systems has also built many Commercial Complexes, including Ski Chalets, Offices and Condominiums and relies on its dedicated Dealer Network located throughout British Columbia, the Yukon and Alaska.
